Quotes, quotes and more quotes: a few things I’ve heard or seen this past month!

It's time for QUOTES!

1. "I WANT TO MAKE MYSELF SO HAPPY THAT OTHERS GET HAPPY JUST LOOKING AT ME!"

A daily goal! Seeing others shine is my passion and I want to embody it all the time! It's not easy, and I have off days, but if I can be happy, and make others achieve this too, then my day is done!

2. "I HAVE THE POWER TO CREATE CHANGE"

We have that super power! Make daily decisions that move you towards your goal! If things are changing, try doing a deep dive on your daily actions - we tend to self sabotage our success. 

“ONE REASON PEOPLE RESIST CHANGE IS BECAUSE THEY FOCUS ON WHAT THEY HAVE TO GIVE UP INSTEAD OF WHAT THEY HAVE TO GAIN.”

Beat the resistance and focus on small achievable actions... we have so much to gain from making our objectives clear, putting the right pieces in place and ultimately working hard! 

"I DON'T KNOW WHY MY TEAM/FAMILY ISN'T GOING ALONG WITH MY IDEA/PROJECT/GOAL/WORK SCHEDULE?!"

When everyone knows what they have to do and why - your chances of success will increase!  If someone doesn't feel the SLIGHTEST compelled to support your idea, they won't be be engaged in the implementation of the task!

"LACK OF DIRECTION, NOT LACK OF TIME, IS THE PROBLEM. WE ALL HAVE A 24-HOUR DAY"

Having a clear goal and a solid plan in place will make achieving results more attainable!

"NOBODY IS COMING TO SAVE YOU. IT'S YOUR TIME TO SHINE!"

This one stings sometimes, doesn't it?  Usually that feeling comes when we know we have to just put more energy, time and effort into what we are trying to achieve!
